Artist Dylan Roscover did this amazing job recreating a famous Steve Jobs picture using Apple's classic typefaces, used since its beginning in the 70s. The most significant thing, however, is the message in it:
Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently.
They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. But the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward.
And while some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
That's the copy for the Think Different advertising that jump-started the 2nd Steve Jobs era at Apple. The ad first aired in 1997 after acting CEO Steve Jobs—he wasn't the actual CEO at the time—got the creators of the famous "1984" Superbowl TV commercial—agency TBWA\Chiat\Day—back to work with Apple.
The other significant things are the fonts used, starting with Motter Tektura—used in the 70s for the logo of the Apple II—to Myriad—used in today's products, and going through Apple Garamond, Univers, Gill Sans, and Volkswagen AG Rounded. Just beautiful:
